We had a great experience with Olive Fertility. Everyone was kind and helpful and we were lucky enough to have a positive outcome. Dr Nakhuda was knowledgeable, compassionate and never pressured us with anything. He explained our options and what would work best for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. The reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because we wanted to donate our unused embryos to a couple in need so someone else could share the joy we’ve experienced. However, we were told that we would have to pay another year of storage fees just to donate. It’s unfortunate and upsetting that we they want to charge us to help out another family.

I am writing this review with my almost 2 year old daughter sitting beside me. My experience at Olive was always professional and competent. As with any fertility journey there were up's and downs, but never with the quality of care! They listened to my concerns and were very open to changing my protocol when it wasn't working for me. So happy to have had a positive outcome from our IVF cycle. Looking forward to doing it all again with Olive for baby #2!
Gosh, we have had a terrible time so far at Olive. The communication between team members is really poor, and they are constantly forgetting procedures or tests I need to have done, which delays my whole process of insemination. It's hard to get in touch with anyone, and when I do, they have no idea what's going on because the doctors, nurses, and sperm coordinator (what a title, am I right?) don't talk to each other. One grouchy nurse even lectured me about not getting a test done, when if she looked at the doctor's notes, he'd told me I didn't need that test. As if fertility treatments weren't stressful enough without this level of disorganization and unnecessary judgment and lectures. I am just updating this to add that now that we are pregnant, the quality of nursing care is unresponsive and dismissive. I've told my nursing team I'm not feeling right, and they're not willing to investigate, ask further questions, or run a blood test to find out if my iron is low or something. They basically told me to get over it, even though I know something isn't right. When I tried to talk to the doctor about my experience, she just talked over me and wouldn't hear me at all. She just kept repeating that nothing negative had happened and wouldn't consider my experience. Oddly despite the high price of \care\ here, the quality is much, much lower than anything I've experienced in the public system; particularly communication with \professionals.\ At Olive you can expect dismissive platitudes in lieu of diagnostic clarity.
I was in contact with Olive Fertility while under the care of a specialist who referred us to them after about a year and a half of no success and no real reason for it. They were very communicative, scheduled calls were always on time, voicemails I left were always responded to in a timely manner. Pinky (sorry I’m not sure of the spelling) was very kind and professional. I ended up not needing their actual services as I was surprised by a positive pregnancy test literally a week before our official consultation and now have a beautiful healthy baby girl. But I felt cared for and listened to in my time dealing with Olive and their staff.
I have never felt in better care then I did with Olive Fertility. I was blown away by the compassion, attentiveness and knowledge of the nursing team and how detailed and communicative my Dr was (Dr. Tallon). I truly knew they were doing everything they could and had my very best interest in mind at all times. They were realistic, but always left me hopeful. I am so very grateful to everyone at Olive and it is the ONLY clinic I recommend to others. I was actually a bit sad on the day I 'graduated' as I knew that level of care would be difficult to find anywhere else. I absolutely recommend Olive to anyone exploring fertility issues and cannot recommend Dr. Tallon and team enough!!
