Just finished my 18 months Invisalign trip with Dr. Hong and his assistants. Dr.Hong is professional, and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend Dr. Hong for Invisalign. Before I started my treatment, I consulted a few Orthodontics specialists, and they all said that I needed to remove two teeth. But Dr. Hong was very confident and told me it was unnecessary. He was right, and it all worked out for me!

After being Dr Hong's patient for 2 years, I can confidently say that Dr Hong is an excellent orthodontist because he treats his profession as a medical practice rather than an exclusively cosmetic procedure. This is why I am grateful to have been treated by him with Invisalign. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly (especially Tina and Theresa). As a teenager, I was not able to find an orthodontist who presented a proper solution to my slightly uneven jaw sizes and minor/moderate crowding. Before meeting Dr Hong, at age 17, other orthodontists suggested that I either do orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery which is a major procedure or that I remove teeth from the lower bottom jaw which is larger but that would make my mouth too small. I thought that I just had to live with crooked teeth. I finally found a solution thanks to Dr Hong at age 19. He made a more sensible choice, prioritizing the medical aspect of aligning my teeth rather than excluding the procedure to the cosmetic view. He explained that I couldn't have a perfect alignment but something close to it due to the slightly smaller upper jaw. I did Invisalign since Dr Hong found it to be better to control the movement of the teeth and, of course, it looks better. I am so grateful to him for choosing the least invasive procedure but one that was best suited for my teeth's relationship with my jawbones. Orthodontics is a medical practice and Dr Hong honours his field. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
