What a wonderfully random depot to have Purolator, who never delivers packages anyways, drop off their un-delivered orders. Thank you so much for providing me with a slip that allowed me to wait a half hour until this place opens at 10:00am only to be told by the owner behind the locked door that they are closed until 12:00pm. I'm just gushing with happiness and will support dollar stores like this until the day I die.

The online U-Haul portal was fantastic. The location was fairly convenient. I don't believe I was overcharged. But the customer service from the U-Haul representative was horrendous. His instructions (through the portal) stated I could park in the lot behind the shop. I did, and was approached by three different people who told me I couldn't park there. None of them identified themselves as being from U-Haul. None of them offered any solutions as to where I could park. The man who was from U-Haul was belligerent and rude. He eventually told me to give him the keys to the truck (he had not, prior to this, identified himself as being from U-Haul, nor was he wearing any identification or U-Haul-related branding). The first words out of his mouth were argumentative. He made zero effort to be civil, he yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot and argued with me as to what the directions on the online portal said. Inexcusable and highly unprofessional.
Rented my U-Haul from here and service and staff were amazing! I ran a bit late due to traffic and they didn't charge me for after hours returns. Would recommend renting your U-Haul from them!
Excellent service. Would definitely recommend for convenience and great products. Lots of variety and organized aisles. Also purchased some bed sheets there the other day which are amazingly comfortable and soft. Will definitely tell all my friends about it.
It may be a good dollar store, but this business is also listed as a UPS Access Point and they aren't even open 2 out of 5 weekdays. When you even try to bring it up with the owner, he's immediately very defensive about it and has clearly heard this complaint many times. I've called UPS to inform them of this establishment's REAL hours of operation - they were not aware of this, as the dollar store had reported much DIFFERENT hours of operation. Hopefully they will be de-listed as an access point, because they clearly can't handle it appropriately. Just stick to the dollar store itself and maybe you'll be fine.
