The worst falafel/donair I’ve ever eaten. Flavorless. Cold. Staff don’t put any care into preparing your food. Fresh is clearly not in their vocabulary.

Obviously still working through the kinks since opening. Only part of the menu board was working and when I asked if it was the whole menu they said it was, it wasn't as I didn't see the sides or the whole donair menu. Decor is kind of insane and the music was loud so had to shout over the counter to order. One of the women working behind the counter was showing the other how to prepare the pita and opened it with her bare hands, she then put gloves on to make what my husband ordered.
This was more like cubes of meatloaf than actual shaved donair meat. Wasn’t fresh. Super disappointing.
5 stars for the service. Dude at the counter was super cool and polite. Food is all right though
Good take out option for work lunches. The portions are extremely generous and the food was fresh and tasty. There is a small seating area and funky decor. A bit too loud for conversation, but quite a cheerful space.
Horrible food, cold falafel gave me stomach pain. I l rather give 0 stars. I told the guy its not fresh. He said the owner only makes once in two days. Horrible rotten and cheap food. Hopefully they get shut down fast
It is NOT A DONAIR TOWN, it is a different chain and not nearly as good, in fact ill likely not go back ever again. Layout and portions were way off, service was excellent, but did not make up for how bad donair was. And again, THIS IS NOT A DONAIR TOWN!
I’ve been to this location several times- two of those times I received awesome, quality food served by staff who gave good service. The remaining times involved careless staff, meat served at questionable temperature, and overall unappealing food. I wouldn’t recommend this location- although I’ve heard other locations are awesome!
