In May of this year we had the pleasure of our beloved dog Ellie seeing Dr Korbelik at his satellite Langley location. I cannot say enough about the care the whole team gave our dog. Very recently we had to say good by to our beloved Ellie, I advised the office as Ellie had an appointment scheduled the end of December. Yesterday we received a lovely card signed by all the team and personal notes. The impact that small gesture had on our family was immense, thank you for being the amazing humans that you are.

Super thankful for Dr. Korbelik and his team. He could tell me what was wrong with my sweet Marley girl within minutes and answered all my questions. They are understandably super busy during the pandemic but Dr. Korbelik took the time to explain everything to me. Marley is super thankful for all of you continuing to help her!

We had the luck of getting in on a cancellation with Dr. Korbelik for our pup who has been suffering for years with worsening allergies. This vet was kind, thorough and professional. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me in detail and his recommendations and expertise. After trying out a new food our dog had a reaction and o received a response with advuxe and a solution from Dr. Korbelik immediately which was so appreciated. Can't say enough good things about all the staff at this clinic from reception (Matt, Emily, Natasha) to the nurses and Dr. Korbelik. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough positive things to say about the team at North West. We’ve been struggling for nearly a year with our pitbull’s allergies and after many vet visits, we were referred to see Dr Udenberg. From the get-go, the thorough care put into understanding Leia’s unique and long-winded medical history was taken into account to create a recovery program tailored just for her. I have never felt so safe and comfortable with the care for my girl, and we are already seeing SO much improvement. A big thank you to the incredible team — they are all so kind, so knowledgeable, and so truly caring. It’s been a long journey with our pup, but we finally feel like we are on the right track! Leia and I send our utmost thanks.
