I dealt with Josh Sanford who is far and away the best asset that this company has! He is smart, knowledgeable and consistently personable with a true desire to help!! We’re in our late 40’s and came to north 49 in search for electric scooters. Josh really made the experience great, he took us through all the models available so we could make the best choice for what we each wanted to get out of our e-scooters. My girl chose the 350w and I went with the 800w. We went for our first rip around where we live, had a blast and look forward to many adventures ahead together. Thanks North 49, Josh and if anyone is in the market, they carry really great range also in e-bikes, paddle boards and we’ll probably come back, as the inflatable kayak looked like a great toy!
