Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I was looking for compression socks and they took the time to inform me of the benefits of every option (which were many) and glad they did. Nice store and accessible park. Highly recommend.

As I child I had a very bad experience accompanying my Mother to a shop that did bra fittings for mastectomy patients. Nightingale Medical made that feeling disappear. From Cindy who took my call and helped me through the initial steps to Sylvia who did my fitting and gave me a hug when I left. A great place, very professional and very comforting.

Truly an exceptional business as incredibly caring and compassionate staff who know the medical supply field well. Lauren is amazing and helped me navigate the ostomy process and helped me avoid any major skin issues. The front end staff also polite & professional, and go the extra mile, especially Cindy. Bonus is 2 parking stalls for them so one less hassle as a busy location. Highly recommend them.

04/17/2019 Edit: I have recently been contacted by Karen and had a wonderful conversation. Karen was very helpful and offered a lot of advice concerning my lymphedema and how best to proceed. I would absolutely recommend Nightingale to others looking for help and products. 04/04/2019 I was told the GM would be calling me to discuss lympedema fittings/measuring for compression. I waited 5 days and then called back, when she spoke to me she seemed very short on patience and temperament, constantly exhaling/sighing deeply. She then said she would look into products for me and call me back. It is now 9 days later. Still waiting. After being diagnosed with cancer and dealing with the shock and frustration, multiple surgeries, constant pain and the unknown, I am deeply appalled by her lack of compassion and professionalism. This is the time when women like me reach out for help and understanding and I am dismayed by this cold, unprofessional behavior. There are other companies that will take the time to listen, teach, and help. Seek them out instead. The alternative is to be treated poorly and left on your own trying to deal with the pain and uncomfortable situation of having lymphedema getting continually worse while you wait for her to reply or offer any assistance/help at all.
