Please be warned that if you stay at these properties you are putting you and your families health at risk. We had multiple staff members enter the property literally just moments after the checkout time, not respecting any provincial health regulations and exposing my family to 2 of Nestaide's staff members. Checkout was 10:00 AM and 2 staff members were literally inside the tiny condo exposing my family and I, repeatedly violating provincial guidelines regarding physical distancing. One staff member said she was just going to drop off a mirror in a bedroom for eventual installation, but she stayed in the condo the entire time, even after I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction. Minutes later ANOTHER staff member was in the condo while we hurriedly grabbed the last of our belongings. Physical distancing was not respected even after pointing it out while they were trying to justify their health violations while speaking to me merely 2-3' away. The reply from the company was condescending factually incorrect, clearly trying to downplay the absolutely obnoxious and unsafe behavior of their staff. They even tried to justify the encounter by blaming my family for not being out at 10:00 AM. IE you checked out a few minutes late late so that's what you get... I would have happily extended the checkout time by 20 minutes if I had of known that there would be multiple staff descending on us when we were literally 1/2 way out the door. Nestaide is clearly not interested in providing a safe experience for their guests. Also please be cautious of the existing reviews, all of them at 5/5 stars and reading like a brochure for the place and should be a cause for concern rather than endorsement.
I highly recommend NestAide Management as they are very professional, quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Alisha for making my stay so enjoyable.
My family and I stayed at one of Nestaide's Whistler Listings- a luxury townhome on Nicklaus North Golf course. It was a beautiful home in a perfect location with everything we needed. Alisha and Kerry provided wonderful customer service and were prompt with any questions we had. We would recommend Nestaide to anyone who is looking for a great west coast vacation rental experience. We will be booking through them again!
Alisha was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating. The home in Whistler was sparkling clean, easily accessible, and Alisha provided excellent recommendations for all sorts of things! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (I am sure we will be back) and would highly recommend Alisha's place to anyone!
