I like that they offer different noodle dishes from various regions of Vietnam. The portion sizes are not filling for 14 but they do have a lot of side dishes you can order to get full. Overall I enjoy the food here. But they really need to improve on their speed and communication skills. They always bring out the mains before the side dishes. I’ve been here many times and I never get the side or appetizer dish before I finish my main soup noodle. And every time I ask the wait staff to check, they just walk away and never acknowledge or update me. Usually Vietnamese food is like fast food but it takes 60-90 minutes to eat here, so don’t come here if you have to be somewhere.

Came in for dinner on Friday. Great self service station for sauces, tea, and water. We had the classic Bahn mi, Nem cua bé (pork & crab fried spring rolls), and Bánh bèo (steamed rice cakes with shrimp) First time trying báhn bèo; it was delicious with the fish sauce.

Friendly waiters and the food was good, especially the breadsticks with pate were so similar to what I had in Vietnam.

Did the owners of Mr Red Cafe enjoy being shutdown in March? Now that masks are mandated in businesses, I was surprised to see nobody in the kitchen were wearing masks. The girl packing takeout orders was wearing hers under her chin. When she brought the order out, she put the mask on. You’d think restaurants would be interested in surviving this pandemic without being shutdown because of something so simple.

Their crab spring roll is so yummy authentic Vietnamese you can only get in certain parts of Vietnam. Highly recommend this dish
