I never write reviews, but these guys deserve it. I've had great experiences both with Sales and with Service. I picked up my Mini JCW in Spring 2019 (when the dealer was previously Mini Yaletown). Mini is one of the few manufacturers that still offers manual transmissions, which was a must for me, and thankfully Mini Vancouver actually stocks cars with manuals. This was my first new car purchase, and the staff was really patient and accommodating to all my questions. Since buying the car, it has been extremely reliable. Over the past two years, the car has never had an issue (other than a tire puncture). I've gone to Mini Vancouver for regular services, and again the staff and service has been exceptional. If you want a fun, reliable, fuel-efficient car, with a dealer you can trust - this is a good place to look.

My wife and I recently had the BEST car buying experience with Mini Vancouver! Completely stress-free, fast, and professional throughout the entire process. And I'm comparing this to other high-end luxury dealerships in Canada and the US. My wife fell in love with a Mini Cooper S Countryman on a Saturday, and it was all hers to pick up on a Tuesday :) Ultimately two individuals deserve all the kudos here: Minaz (Sales): He was great at getting exactly what we needed. After only a few minutes of going over my requirements, he knew exactly what he had on the lot that I needed to look at. He nailed it in the first couple of models that he showed us, and had all the monthly payments figured out when we returned from our test drive! If you're like me, i.e. too busy to do any real research on a new car, then definitely ask for Minaz. His expertise will save you tons of time. Kate (Finance): This is the part that one typically dreads in the car buying experience...the time spent with the Finance Dept. Being from the states, this is the part where you have to fight off the upsells while trying to make sure every detail of the financing is understood. Kate made this a delightful experience. I'm typically skeptical of the extended warranties and add-on 3rd party services, but Kate took her time to highlight what we were getting and being honest about limitations if any. She's also exceedingly detail-oriented, going over all the paperwork and kept finding us deals where we can get them. Both Minaz and Kate were super responsive before and after the sale. When they say they're going to email you asap, they DO IT! We couldn't be happier with Mini Vancouver. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Great Experience Went to test drive a Mini Clubman because we have thought of buying a pre-owned one as a second vehicle. Everything about this dealer is top notch. The showroom, inventory and especially the sales reps were; friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. We dealt directly with Albert and were treated with the upmost professionalism. Working with these people, at Mini Vancouver, was a real pleasure and a bit of an unexpected joy. This wasn’t the scary “hard sell” or the slimy slick salesmen that we all avoid and induce nausea: this was a very pleasant, jovial, honest and quite enlightening experience.
