The food is excellent. For the price you pay, you get a good portion. We were a party of 4 we got the Memphis Feast Seafood Medley. We were really full for less than 100. I totally recommend this place if you are a meat lover/seafood lover!!!

Quite impressive. Very tasty, super clean location and excellent service. The blues music is incomparable and the beer is ice cold, too. All in all, a very good experience. Had to circle the block quite a few times for parking though.
Since our first experience a year ago at the now closed Broadway location, Memphis Blues has become a favourite take out place. I highly recommend the brisket and the pulled pork and the chicken 12/10!!! Sides (beans, cornbread and coleslaw) I would rate as good. The fries are usually good although once I got some overly salted ones. They make brisket better than I could dream of doing. So I keep coming back.
I love this place. If I ever want meat for a party, this is where I go to order. I general just order platters. The Elvis Platter (4-6) is probably the most value item (the Priscilla is probably more value but it's 10-12 people order so it's not a common order). My favourite is probably the Beef Brisket, with rib ends being a close second for me. Never really ordered individual items or went here for dine-in, so cannot speak for those items.
I really liked this place. They have a sampler that includes a small amount of meat from everything on their menu thats called \The Feast\ the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is their in-house barbecue sauce was a little sweet for me. I prefer more savory sauces, but having lived in the south, the sweet smoky sauce was authentic to the Southern United States culture.
