This very delightful community park on Dunbar Street has always been one of our favourite destinations as we have lived in the Dunbar area for 40 years.. there are many activities to this very delightful green space..I was a baseball coach years ago and there was pure enjoyment in watching the young athletes laugh, challenge themselves and just enjoy the physical involvement in this group activity.. the community centre has many programs, the tennis courts and lawn bowling offer physical engagement and pure entertainment.. there are many benches and walking pathways throughout the park and the children’s play area is very well used...

It was a nice park with lots of benches and a large sand area. There are plenty of huge trees for shade and a nice washroom facility close by. The best part of this park was that the dog owners were very respectful and did not bring their dogs into the children's play area to urinate like every other park I've been to.

This green place has everything you want from local small park setting. Wish its washroom is better. It is old style but it is very clean enough not to complain.

Great park with lots of open field space, a playground, 2 baseball diamonds, a small basketball court and tennis courts.
