I've had cosmetic treatments done before, but this was my first time trying Botox and after being recommended to Dr. Morell by a friend, I decided to give it a try. One of my eyebrows is naturally higher and it raises when I speak or make facial expressions, which has always been a frustration of mine. Immediately after taking a look at my face, Dr. Morell was able to determine the areas that were unsymmetrical and bothering me and helped offer suggestions on how to fix it. At the same time, he was super honest and genuine and was not pushy at all. He guided me through the entire process and explained exactly what he was doing and what it would do for me. I was so happy with the results! It was so subtle but made a huge difference for me. My one brow and eye that was smaller and more droopy became lifted to match the other one and make my eyes feel more awake. And it looks so natural, nobody knew I had gotten it done. The receptionist Jocelyn was also super helpful and informative. I had a few questions after the procedure that I had forgotten to ask Dr. Morell and she answered them for me right at the front desk. She was also really patient with me in explaining after-care tips and scheduling a follow-up appointment for me, despite me being all over the place with the days and times I was available. Amazing experience, will be back in a few months!
