Good bunch of people, very welcoming and laid back. Drop in fee is a bit steep considering there's no washrooms or showers.

Lost 30 lbs in 3 months! Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Marcus is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and not just the most qualified BJJ instructor in the country, but a patient and thoughtful teacher. The confidence I’ve gained, lifelong friends I’ve made, and skills I’ve learned are worth far more than the cost of the classes. And to top it off, I lost 30 pounds in 3 months (!) and I feel fantastic. Hands down the best investment I’ve ever made. DO IT!

I really enjoy the classes and the expertise that Marcus brings to things. It has taken me some time to get familiar with the structure of the different classes but everyone has been super nice and I have fun every class. Be prepared to get some bruises, it's all part of the fun. I am still very much learning but I have started going to classes regularly and I enjoy what it brings to my life. Thanks Marcus and team!
