Everything about Loyal Medical Clinic is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are, I have never felt neglected or rushed in my communications with them. I find this first impression nice and welcoming for a doctor's office. The location, organization and cleanliness of the office are all pretty good. I am grateful that my sister told me about this medical clinic and i totally recommend them.

Called & got appointment for just a few hours later. I was taken to exam room right on time & waited only 3 or 4 minutes for the doctor. Clean, modern, efficient. Staff were friendly & professional. About as good as going the doctor gets.

I was disappointed with my last appointment; having recently lost my father and suffered a severe anxiety attack, I was told by the doctor my grief \symptoms\ will last up to four weeks and put on anti-depressant medication. None of my vitals were checked, or asked what symptoms I am experiencing. This is not the type of health care I expected.

I left school early being as I had been in worsening severe pain from a wound that I have had for a while. Dr. Sina javadi treated me like he didn't want to see me. I was just going there to ask if the wound was infected and if thats why I was feeling lightheaded fir a few days. He was questioning me before examining me, asking like have u seen your family doctor about this and why haven't you seen your family doctor about this, and why haven't you seen your specialist. I told him in the past I was prescribed something from a specialist that I cant remember what it was called and the pharmacy said they would have to call me back to see if they can get coverage for the medicine. And he ask me again why I didn't take the medicine evwnthough I just told him why. And then he asked me a second time why I haven't seen my family doctor about this. He acted like he didn't really want to examine me. I told him ok so am I not supposed to be here? I am confused. What should have I done then? Should I not be here? He was very insensitive. In the exam room I started tearing up getting very upset. I left the office with tears coming down my face feeling judged and ignored. I am in pain, Idk if I have an infection still. I dont understand why it is a big deal to examine a patient doctor's do all the time.
