Ordered a fridge. Georgio from the delivery desk went above and beyond to coordinate the delivery. Ordered a washer. Joanne the store manager was very helpful and called me even at 9PM to update me for the next day's delivery. This store is \old school\, the staff really try their best and I appreciate it.

It’s a pretty good store but there’s not much staff around to help if needed. Customer service is nice and friendly though. Lowe’s has a big selection f different products, many you don’t see at other hardware stores. They also sell higher quality outdoor stuff as well. Garden centre is a bit sad though. Lots of Halloween decorations.

I like the staff here. They're good people. However, I have not interacted with many who knew their own store well or where to find anything that's less than completely obvious. It's my local big box store so I'll continue to be a regular anyway.

If there was a minus 5 stars I could have chosen the appropriate option. I called over 8 times today trying to find just one person on staff today who could help with some very simple questions so I could come over and buy what would be needed to fix the 2 issues in my house. It was not possible. And an extremely frustrating waste of time and energy. I guess only part time or new staff works holidays and weekends and this type of zero understanding and customer service is what I got.

Sometimes it feels better to spend our money on online shopping then being at a bricks and mortar store. When you know what you need/want but can't find the item and the intention of driving all the way to a physical store has become a waste-of-time. Why am I sounding bitter is because when customer service associates walks by you without any acknowledgement and doesn't even bother asking if a customer needed help then what's the point of shopping at a store? Perhaps nowadays is that customers should chase after store associates rather then being treated as a \customer\. I'll stick to Amazon.
