I visited them to repair my misshapen ring. I'm so impressed by their quick service and they didn't even charge me much. I'd love to go back to them again. Highly recommend this place to anybody look for a jeweller. Update: After my ring was repaired, I asked Monika if they could redone my diamond pendant. I bought the diamond from a dealer years ago and wasn't given options for the setting of the diamond. Also, I had a couple of necklaces I stop wearing. I requested Mobika to redesign a halo style diamond pendant for me. Then, they became a so beautiful diamond pendant within 2 weeks! It was such a great experience to meet LL Private Jeweller. Thank you so much!

I found this jeweller through google and am very happy with the service Monika provided. The response to my initial email inquiry was within an hour! She is very knowledgeable and I only wish I knew her years ago. I needed my engagement ring re-sized. Quality of work is excellent. This is my second time working with Monika. The first was to repair a very old platinum diamond ring, and this was done perfectly and quickly. This time I wanted a new setting for an existing ring. Monika listened carefully to my ideas and made suggestions. The wax was made, and I had my “new” ring in under two weeks. I love it. It’s perfect and exactly what I had pictured. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monika to anyone who is looking to design a new piece of jewellery or redesign an existing piece.

Me and my fiancee liked working with Monica and Joe. They took a complicated work which another jeweler refused, persuading me to choose a simpler design! They made me a ring of three types of gold - green, rose and white and used my own diamonds. The price was acceptable and I was very pleased with the result. Thank you guys!
