Very knowledgeable and helpful (not pushy) staff (Phil and Paige)! They spent a lot of time finding me the perfect pair of walking shoes (and socks) and I couldn't be happier. I left the store and walked 10K pain-free for the first time in months :). Prices are fair and the selection is outstanding, both footwear and clothing. I highly recommend this place and I will be back for sure!

This company definitely earns the 5 star rating the majority of reviews give it. On my first occasion to the store in Kits in summer 2019, a staff member helped me find the most comfortable shoes in line with the prescription from my podiatrist. I bought another pair in summer 2020 and again, I experienced excellent customer service and care.
They really know their stuff and are really patient and helpful. I have problematic feet and ended up with the best fitting running shoes I've ever had. They also have an excellent selection of sports bras. Excellent service, lovely people, and great selection.
I recently brought my mom in to get some shoes for her newly minted custom medical orthotics. The staff member we interacted with, Eric, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in any retail setting. He was super patient with my mom (English is her second language), actually LISTENED to her while she would ask random things & would answer politely every time! He gave her a ton of options to try until she found a pair she loved! Update: We had to come by and change shoe sizes as the original pair were a bit too big. We got stuck in traffic and didn’t make it by their 6pm closing time and Eric & the staff there told us they would wait for us!!! Imagine that! And he was just as patient as the first time, helping my mom fit other sizes again and lacing her shoes for her so they would fit perfectly. I seriously recommend this business more than any other if you’re a woman looking for active wear. I just wish they sold guys shoes lol (I think they have another location that does tho!) Well done LadySport. Well done.
