Absolutely terrible. They lost my expensive shirt and refused to take any responsibility (even suggesting I have it). This happened more than two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my phone call from the owner as I was promised... oh... and they gave me someone else’s dry cleaning...

Very friendly and good dry cleaning, I'm sure. But don't ever have anything altered! They ruined two pairs of my pants, including one pair that I brought in with the sales tag still on. I wanted to know if it was worthwhile altering rather than returning them. The answer was yes but the results were disastrous and I was out the sale price, plus 32 for the \alteration.\ No policy here of \customer satisfaction or your money back.
