The sheets of plastic covering the tables, year round holiday decorations and a large amount of clutter..like I am talking mounds of paper from the processed menus, boxes, dishes, etc is what greets you. I was seated in the corner and this was my view plus the wall covered in food stains. The place was busy so people must like it for the food. The service was friendly. It is not the place for a quiet meal.

I would say it is the best Chinese restaurant to enjoy Alaskan King Crab feast in Vancouver in the most reasonable price. Only CAD 238 then we can enjoy 4 huge dishes of the king crab. You won’t find any others in Vancouver and Richmond.
Food is definitely not bad. It’s actually quite good for its price! I can speak Chinese and communicate well with the servers for the service for me was not bad. It was quick and the food was tasty. Atmosphere is very lively and loud and is perfect for afternoon tea and a meal!
Very good restaurant for what it is. This is a value Chinese restaurant. So don't go here expecting attentive and engaging service. It is all about serving good food quickly and at a reasonable price. We really appreciate that. Today the food was all excellent, except the tendon which was ok but was better in the past. This is a very busy place for dim sum so we were glad to get there a bit early. The pork/shrimp dumplings were very good. We will be back soon for sure.

Look at the photos. Price was unbelievable. This restaurant has dimsum as well. If you are a person who doesn't need fancy decor, and loves value, put King's on your list. We've come here with family and friends on a few occasions and it's been solid every time.
Good food, large portions, unobtrusive service. Very no-frills kind of dimsum with slightly dodgy decor and slow service at times depends on how busy they are, and they often are very busy!!
