100% recommend! Clean and relaxing environment and very nice and welcoming staff. I booked in a couples massage as they had a first time offer, with my boyfriend and you get a tailored massage to target your specific problem areas which was nice. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had in Vancouver! We also got the full 60 minutes even though we were late due to some parking problems which I know other places would take this out of your massage time so I really appreciated that.

I booked a couple's massage for (the day before) Valentine's Day, about a month in advance for 184. The night before, they called me and told me the price was now 218. I mentioned I was unhappy with the last minute change and they threatened to cancel the appointment, telling me \it would be very hard for you to find another appointment on such short notice\. It felt very grimy. The actual massage was mixed. I mentioned both on my intake form and to the person who did our pre-treatment consultation that I had a fractured collarbone and to avoid that area. However my actual therapist was a different person who had clearly missed the memo and painfully pressed on the area before I could ask her not to; the same thing happened again later and I again asked her not to. The length of the massage was also 10 minutes shorter than advertised. But, most of the massage was really nice, my partner loved it, and if I hadn't been injured I probably would have to.

Bought the 90-minute couples massage package. Massages were excellent and the facility was very clean and nicely decorated. Our therapists Ryo and Kazumi were great and very easily able to adjust to our specific needs. Highly recommend. Photo is of the view from our room.

Such a lovely experience! We used a deal they had on their website for a couples massage and reflexology. It was super clean, good covid protocol, and they were all so polite, sweet, and warm. We felt really comfortable and relaxed and they took their time with us and didn't feel rushed. The view was STUNNING of the mountains, and the vibe of the place was really lovely. We will definitely be going back! Very reasonable price for the quality of the treatment and luxury of the space.
