I get my car serviced here and its always good. This time I needed my car front driver axle to be replaced as it was leaking. It was under warranty and yesterday got it installed. I got my car back and went home. Later evening one of the person from service staff named ' Charles ' send me the video for my car in which it showed that the new axle been installed and old axle was put down . I could see in the video as a proof of new part been installed. I loved it here this time. No service person at other placed offered me this proof. I thank Charles for such a wonderful service and overlook he provided during my car at the work station. 5 stars to them just for the video proof and service

The team at Kia Vancouver was great! I specifically dealt with Francis and he was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and overall a really kind person. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I went in looking for a used car, and ended up leaving the lot with a great car that fit my needs. The team answered all of my questions, they were not pushy at all, and gave me the time and space to decide what's best for me. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Okay, first Google review here. Came over from the island for a medical appointment. Woke up the next morning to find our rear window completely shattered. We called Kia Vancouver and they helped us immediately. They covered the window with some plastic and tape to hold us over until we get home, cleaned up all the glass fragments and didn’t charge us a dime. Charles was the one who helped us and he was awesome throughout the entire process. Can’t say enough about how accommodating and helpful they were. We’ll come back any time!

Very good customer service. Very safe, everybody follow Covid protocol. Professional and polite salesperson. Amazing experience buying a new car and got a great deal on a 2021 Forte. I will be back in a few years to buy an other car for sure. I highly recommend this dealership.

Love how fast they got me in! I was in the area and I felt like my car was driving kinda weird and luckily I stopped by the Service department for them to inspect my car and we ended up realizing I had a nail in my tire. They quickly repaired it and I was back on the road within an hour. Amazing service, fast and reliable!

I got my first Kia here in Canada from this dealership. People there were really friendly and of course I enjoyed the COVID-19 precautions at this store. Paul, the salesperson, helped me to find the best vehicle as at first I was confused between 3 models! This dealership is highly recommended. If you are looking for a Kia just give them a visit!!!

I purchased my vehicle from this location about 5 years ago and have been returning for service ever since. The service staff are always friendly and helpful, and they make communication so easy. For my most recent visit, they sent me video links of select services that they recommended for my vehicle so that I could see exactly what needed to be replaced. They even sent another link for me to digitally authorize which of these services I wanted to approve of before they started completing them (with pre-tax/fee cost estimates) -- and they were separated by "urgent" and "recommended" to make my toggled selections even easier. The video links help remove any doubts you may have about the reality of whether your vehicle really needs some services "urgently" or not. I plan to continue taking my vehicle to this location for as long as I own it!
