This is a great beach that allows for a lot of activity. It's not just swimming, barbecues and sunbathing. There's also sailing, tennis, and various other water sports. From public to private.

Jericho Beach in Vancouver has a finest beach activity centre for local communities. During weekend mornings in fall/ autumn season, fun-filled sailing events bring groups of local students. I captured these pictures on 30-09-2012 of spectacular view of the beach, where rowing events took place.
Best place to wait for the end of the world on a Tuesday afternoon. The day was so warm and blue. Highly recommend to come here to relax and it's free!
This place is incredibly beautiful. It has so much to offer. I can't wait to come here again even if it's not for the Folk Music Festival.
finest area of Vancouver! Very beautiful, as you see. Nice people, safe and not that busy actually. I don't see too many places for summer visitors to stay though. Oherwise would be 5 star.
