Prices are reasonable, the place is clean and the staff are super nice and friendly and accommodated an extra person in my party. My friends enjoyed their pedicures, But the work that was done on my nails was sloppy at best... polish came out full of air bubbles and she didn’t know how to do a simple gradient (dark grey to light grey) so I opted for a few straight lines that did not turn out so straight. She worked very quickly and used the electronic nail file on my actual nails until I felt it getting hot, making it an uneven, bumpy surface even after I said I really wanted her to use it as little as possible because it will damage my nails. I had to ask her to use a smaller brush for the nail art instead of using the regular big brush that comes with the bottle. And as I mentioned before, they were very accommodating considering I brought an extra person. However. I am the one that called to make the reservation, and I am the one that had the longest procedure. (Gel polish over my natural nails). They had already finished my friends pedicures before they even started on my nails, making them wait for an hour instead of starting me first (considering I’m the one that booked) and starting them half way through or something. Anyway, time management wasn’t a thing. Also, I called ahead and asked if they had any forest green colours because I wanted something specific, and when I got there there was no such colour so I was kinda disappointed. (Tried to show the not-so-straight and patchy lines, and the air bubbles/bumps, and where the polish leaked onto my finger in the photo of my thumb but it’s hard to capture with my phone camera)

The staff I've interacted with are very kind and do a great job. I love the massage chairs. I don't get my nails done very often but it's a nice treat to come here.
