they have a very small selection and only draws from their paid members. They keep phone to ask you to renew the membership by offering the same clients they showed you before as \wonderful new matches.\ I would not recommend them. The cost was about 500/date on average. Not worth the price.

This was a total waste of money. I felt scammed. 6 dates. Most too old or had no job. It was as if they hired these people to just show up. Or not... I was stood up on one date. The fee of approximately 3K was money lost in my opinion. Don't do as I did, move on.
Would actually like to give it zero stars. The Vancouver franchise was sold to corporate and it all went downhill. The matchmakers who took over didn’t take the time to read my file - didn’t know about preferences or even my marital status. Tried to set up connections hastily and took months to get back to me when I asked to speak with a manager. Now I seem to getting emails from staff about other clients. Their names and even contact info are being sent to me! This is only the tip of the iceberg in terms examples of why I think they lack professionalism and don’t even begin to offer the service the promise. I won’t bore you with all the details. Just stay away!
I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was in a dating drought and I was spending so much time online without even meeting anyone face to face. I've had 3 amazing matches so far that turned into multiple dates each and I am still currently dating the last man they matched me with. I told all my girlfriends to join and start actually connecting with men who ARE looking for a relationship! Totally worth the investment and the team has been such an important part of the process.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. JUST SCAMMING FOR MONEY! I had the absolute worst experience you can imagine with this company. Everyone I dealt with (which was a lot of people since people kept leaving he company) was absolutely incompetent, would not listen to me, swore to me on the phone, called me names, gave me degrading \advice\, lied to me about giving these men bad impressions of myself, and set me up with people who would not even remotely be a match. When I tried to talk about how I was treated there was no manager in sight since the head matchmaker was the one treating me so terribly. When I first talked to the lady who sold to me I had been honest about what I am looking for and that it is a bit specific. She just convinced me there was lots of what I was looking for and the next person I talk to will know even more. The whole experience was extremely disheartening and unprofessional. I'd find a way to get my money back but it's interesting how it's impossible to find the right contact to do so. Spend your money elsewhere. Seriously!
