We live in a very old house, over 125 years old and they managed to get rid of the rodents safely and humanely. The technicians who came to the building were thorough and explained what they were doing. Any alterations to the building they needed to make visually were done professionally.

We were experiencing a very active mole in our yard and was looking for someone to come address our resident mole. They came within a few days to set out traps and a week later checked the traps and solved the problem. The technician Cameron was friendly and answered all our questions. He was very efficient and left our yard the same way he found it. We will definitely hire this company again in the future. Humane Solutions did a great job of Squirrel proofing my house. My initial call was responded to within an hour, and all other inquires were responded to promptly and professionally. Humane Solution technicians identified our mice problem & solved it efficiently and thoroughly. Recently we called them to deal with a prevention problem: a female mouse kept trying to enter our front door to nest. The technician came, set a wire fence where the mouse attempted entry. He also set one up on the other side of he door to insure the mouse had no alternative entry point. This is the kind of thoughtful thoroughness that we appreciate! He looked at our garage and figured rats' entry points. He climbed up there and set one-way traps.
