Placed an order, confirmed the order. Was told it would be here early with no issues. Received no call about the order and when inquiring they advised well after I ordered and confirmed it was unclear. Made no attempt to call in the meantime to clear my order up. No attempts we're made to accommodate and I'm left trying to find a special cut of meat in less than a day. If I didn't have a gift card for this place I wouldn't return. Awful service and selection.

I have recently started buying meet from this store. Each time I have bought their Weekly grocery box called "THE DAILY GRIND" I have been shorted product. When I was in their store I was assured that each package is always slightly over a pound and that the package was a great value. Many of the packages came in at exactly a pound including the packaging with several of them being slightly under. The packaging should not be included in the sell weight. The ground turkey that we bought there were all way under a pound by about 80 grams or approximately 3 oz per package. This meat is extremely expensive and I am disappointed with the purchase. I will be researching more organic meat suppliers in Vancouver. The bottom line is that they advertise 7 pounds of organic meat and I got 6 1/2 each time.
My sister is on a clear liquid-only diet for awhile at VGH and was desperately wanting for something with more sustenance than what she was getting from the hospital kitchen, and after a couple phone calls back and forth to work out logistics, HOTRO was able to deliver her some hearty bone broths, which she confirms are helping to make her feel better. The staff there were a dream to coordinate with, were very patient with me as we figured out the logistics of a hospital delivery, and offered terrific service. 10/10 do recommend!
My husband and I have really been enjoying the organic chicken delivery from HOTR Organics. The chicken tastes way better than the mass produced and tortured chicken. The delivery service has been well executed each time, so we will continue to order. Thanks!!
Great spot for free range meats, sausages and bone broth!
Small store, nice staff, good selection of cool stuff and really good food to go. Try the bone broth with a quail egg. Also, they have the best sausage rolls.
Happy with the meat products so far. Seems like the daily grind 1 lb packs are more then a lb! Excellent customer service.
All the products here are amazing and the service is impeccable! Highly recommend the episilk HA lip balm, I don't use anything else these days.
