Please note that this is their Main Street Centre which is close to their Discount location at the back side street. Great place for your plumbing needs and supplies. They are very knowledgeable. They also offer plumbing services and have been around in business for a very long time. Street parking. #letsguide

Had to have a preventative repair done on my boiler valves, Hillcrest was also able to identify 2 other problems I knew about and repair them immediately. The date scheduled was reasonably fast and the technician arrived on time. Almost a month later and the boiler is still working perfectly. Only recommendation is to get a modern on-site payment system. Would definitely use Hillcrest again and recommend them.

After being a repeat customer for over 10 years using Hillcrest for both plumbing and heating issues in our house, they have lost us as a customer for extremely poor Customer Service. We had a small issue (leaky taps to hook up our new clothes washer) which impacted a bigger one (haven't been able to wash clothes). Contacted them on a Friday and they told me to send them an email with pictures and contact information, which I did. They told me that it could be maybe the next day or \for sure\ Monday. I asked them if they wanted my name and number and they said no, to just put it in the email. It didn't sit right with me to not get any kind of confirmation back from them even when I sent the email they requested. They did not come on Saturday and I tried to call, but no one picked up. Being Saturday I didn't think it was an issue, but when I called on the Monday to follow up it was a different story. They said they didn't see the email, my request wasn't noted and it would be \maybe tomorrow\ or another day to get someone in, because of someone calling in sick. My problem wasn't with them being short staffed, but by the way the person on the phone dealt with the fact they messed up and losing my request for service. He was extremely dismissive and wouldn't apologize until pressed, and then when he couldn't even give me a decisive day and time for service he told me to go somewhere else. It was actually quite shocking to me because like I said, we've been a repeat customer for over 10 years, they were our go to place. Unfortunately, all that can be undone because of the way this person treated me, because Customer Service matters! So, following the words of the rep for Hillcrest \go somewhere else\, I have and will.

The Hillcrest repairman, Roger, came by the do the repair that the previous company couldn't. He showed us what was wrong with the taps, and installed nice new ones. It was a lot of work, sawing through metal....Result is terrific. Also, Roger, was Covid respectful (masks, distance). That was comforting
