I flew with them from Vancouver to Victoria, round trip. Outstanding customer experience. Flight and ground crew very helpful, polite and friendly. Very nice facilities and aircraft. I had a blast!! I strongly recommend their services... I’ll definitely fly with Helijet again.
Great experience with the staff in Victoria, but we had a negative experience with Karen at the Downtown location. When you’re paying top dollar to travel via helicopter you expect a high level of customer service, and we did not receive that here. Really unfortunate.
These guys know how to create a memorable client experience! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and at their location was professional plus went above and beyond expectations. Special shout out to management and the driver in Nanaimo that runs the shuttle service...you guys/girls are the real MVPs!
Amazing experience I had there. Great waiting lounge with good refreshments. Great staff. Flight is comfortable and quick.
