I started coming to Hartwell therapy when I was living around the area, but even after moving an hour away I find myself coming back when I need some physio or massage work don't. The awesome part is the fact that they have consistent great service on both their locations, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the facilities are always clean and inviting.

Not fully covered by extended health, that’s my only real complaint about the place. Most extended health plans cover up to 110 including tax, so most massage clinics charge 110 after tax, so that people aren’t out of pocket. Hartwell charges 120.75 after tax, and that does add up quite a bit if you’re seeing them often. The pricing scheme is the only thing I don’t like about this clinic. Besides the price, the staff are professional, and polite. The booking system is easy and can be accessed online. The RMTs are great, and they have a lot of them to choose from. If you somehow have an extended health plan that covers the extra price, this place would be completely worth it.
