Vancouver Community Lab used to have space here... They were an artist collective and teaching/outreach group that was a non profit... They (we) were kicked out to make space for a big fancy for profit art gallery... What a sham this land trust is... It isn't out to help with art and education in the community... It is out to make as much money as it can... It's a big fat lie!
