A week ago I called for an urgent medical issue. Assistant was very understanding and made an appointment the same day in the afternoon. So grateful! Dr. E. Anderson was great. A very good listener that made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased how I was treated as a first time walk-in patient. Whenever I need medical assistance I would like to have her my GP. The pharmacist was friendly and efficient.

My experience with the team at Georgia Medical Clinic has been positive and professional. The receptionist Irene is very efficient and polite in returning my phone calls, responding to questions and sending important documents via e-mail. Dr. Emily Anderson was the physician on our consultation call and I really appreciate her professionalism, patience and positivity. She is a great listener and provides sound medical advice on improving my overall health. I would recommend Dr. Emily Anderson and the team.
Everything about Georgia Medical Clinic is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are, I have never felt neglected or rushed in my communications with them. I find this first impression nice and welcoming for a doctor's office. The location, organization and cleanliness of the office are all pretty good. So far, I have had appointments with doctors Louwrens Leeuwner, Elizabeth Ross, and Rihana Ahmed, and they were all very attentive and helpful. I am grateful that my sister told me about this medical clinic in downtown Vancouver. I totally recommend them.
Spoke to an assistant yesterday, emailed id and set up appointment for today. Just got off the phone, the doc was great and understanding of my situation and send the fax right over. Great service, Love Canada!
Dr. Smit and Twiny have retired, what a pity. We absolutely loved them!!! We stop seeing our family doctor actually because my wife and I think they are better here. We also take our baby here since she was born. Anyway, now they have new docs and receptionists, dealt with them only once, but experience was not bad either. We’ll continue to come here. Really convenient to walk in or make appointment. However my only constructive feedback is that these new receptionists sometimes appear a bit unfriendly, and they may require some training on how to deal with patients professionally and friendly.
