The lady with black hair who is probably originally from south Asia or southeast Asia was truly ignorant, irresponsible and careless in different aspects. She did not want to understand me and what I am trying to say. She did not include many of my documents that were related told me that my documents are not complete. When I say related is because I had applied for Schengen visa twice previously from other Schengen countries for the same reason and in both cases, they included all my documents. She gave me a hard time, and although I was really polite during the whole interview, she treated me in a way that I was feeling totally demoralized. I was really worried that I will have a rejection for sure and it would affect my history badly especially considering the country that I am originally from (although I have been a Ph.D. student in Canada for several years). I had lost my self-esteem and I had one of my worst days until I got my visa after a couple of weeks. So finally a happy ending but a really awful experience with this person. Hope she can reconsider how she treats others.
