The crew arrived right on time. They were very diligent and they checked each other's work. Very polite. The window cleaning of our 4-storey walk-up condo was done very thoroughly but also in a timely manner. All residents/ owners were treated courteously. We will continue hiring First Class Window Cleaning.
Lane and his team were professional and very detail oriented. I was happy to hear lots of good feedback from the residents who thanked me for choosing First Class. Excellent work!

The service is terrible. The owner just subcontracts the work out to another company. This was a while back and I have meaning to write a review on this. The 3 guys who where a bunch of drunks he sent to clean the windows where the rudest people you can ever meet ,They where from aldergrove. They don't clean up after them self's and talk back to you with attitude. I called the owner to tell them they missed some spots around the building and he sent them back to clean again and charged me a 900.00 bill for them showing up the second time. I highly don't recommend this company .DON,T USE THEM.
