First timer to do oil change on my Cutwater C28 with a Yanmar 6BY engine. I was so impressed with the VIP service from False Creek Fuel (contacted me a day before on preparing my boat for oil change, ensured the right type of engine oil and if I have the new filter ready). On the day of oil change, the stand beside my boat and walked me through the whole process, re-ensured that the oil I asked for was the right type. The oil change only took less than half hour and the bill for oil (free disposal of old oil and filter) was only a fraction of what it will cost me even if I ask for a \micky mouse\ marine mechanic, and oil is cheaper than any of the Marine Supply shop in Vancouver. I am so happy that I finally found someone who care about my boat, 5 stars does not completely reflected their excellent services. Great job and thank you guys. PS they even have a fresh FREE cup of coffee for me when I am done with the oil change.

Favourite fill spot! Free coffee when you fill up which is great on the morning of a big trip. Also, they can help you do an oil change for free, all you need to do is buy their oil. It was super easy! And the staff are very personable and friendly!

Amazing customer service! Found a product on Amazon, and saw it was to be shipped by False Creek. I called to confirm shipping time. Found it was going to be cheaper and quicker to order direct. There was a small issue with the package. I emailed and within 15 minutes received a response with a solution better than expected. I will (and have) shopped with False Creek Fuels again.

Extremely friendly competent service. A treat after putting up with such abuse from Chevron Coal Harbour. Easy dock access, protected from passing boat wash and crew knows how to moor a boat.
