I've been trying to contact someone at Empower for over a week now to schedule a service call. Several emails sent with no reply. I spoke to someone on the phone who said a tech would contact me and no one has..that was 5 days ago. I'm frustrated to say the least. Telus contact me regularly to ask if I am interested in their security systems. I'm inclined to say yes this next time. Hopefully this review gets someone's attention

Great experience ordering thermal cameras to check our employees temperatures daily for our factory in Pittsburgh. First time dealing with a Canadian company and they were professional and so responsive. Shipment came within days and their tech support helped us set everything up with team viewer. Highly recommend them for any enterprise technology requirements!

Our security system is outdated as it has not been upgraded for over 20 years. While I was shopping around for a new system, I realized I knew absolutely nothing about security and I needed help from professionals. I live in Vancouver and I know I want a Canadian (or better yet, local) company that does their own monitoring. That narrowed it down to only a few companies. I called everyone of them. Empower was the only company that had a preliminary discussion with me over the phone. Luckily I was able to meet Ray within the week. Their service is unbeatable. Empower's system is modern and advanced but most importantly gives me the peace of mind.
