I was very impressed by the customer service of Trevor from the parts department. He went above and beyond to find a small part that i needed to get ordered. Its a cheap part, so there isn't much profit for the store but he provided an equally great service like if i was placing a large order.
Twice at two different locations I was abruptly told \we don't have that\ before employee even looked. I was just asked by the clerk if I \expected him to know\ what model faucet. YES! You work at the store that sells the parts, I do expect you at least help me out and look! I don't work at a plumbing store and i'm not a plumber. Do you expect me to know? So rude.
Emco is the only place I shop for all my plumbing needs. The staff is friendly, helpfully and patient, they take the time to listen and will even recommend solutions if needed.
