Placed a pre order and the staff said will call me the following day for the shoes availability. I didnt get any call then I called the store and was told their staff will call me back to confirm. But still didnt get the call. I called the second time and was told the shoes had been shipped. I found they sent me the wrong size when I finally got my shoes. I went back to the store with the shoes and was told their staff order the wrong shoes!! I FINALLY order the right shoes after 3 rounds conversation during a week! Not happy with their service.
