First time experience with this was excellent. Friendly staff answered all questions politely and even suggested other dropoff locations for some items they couldn't process (ie. a propane canister). I used the express service and they had money in my account the same day! Exemplary.

Bottle Depot is always very busy. The staff were very efficient
On occasion, the service has been somewhat slow, but in general, my experience has been good.
