I've been to this office several times now and have had exceptional service every time. Really friendly and professional staff who are very willing to talk through things with their patients. They have gone above and beyond even the highest level of care. I live on the Sunshine Coast so I rely on BC Ferries, and everyone knows they are super unreliable, so on occasion I've been late and they were so understanding, they even saw me during their lunch time. When I had issues getting my medication being sent to me, Dr. Yeung and Tammy were amazing, they coordinated everything for me so I didn't have to lift a finger. I can't say enough good things about this practice, and recommend them at every chance I get. Thank you all for your hard work team!
The staff right from the reception to the allergist demonstrated the highest level of professionalism & quality of care. Everyone was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My wife & myself were particularly impressed with Lauren & Dr Persia & it was a pleasure dealing with them. Like
