We initially thought purchasing a car through Downtown Kia would be a painless and stress-free experience, based on the experience of our friends who had purchased the same vehicle at the dealership through the same salesman. Alas, our experience changed drastically when several blunders were made throughout the process by the staff at the dealership. Our salesman, Anthony, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and highly available for questions and updates on our process. Both Anthony and the manager Parker were most creative in coming up with mutually beneficial solutions to any of our requests, however, the things that were promised were not done in the end. Although the initial experience was positive, the experience as a whole proved to be anything but positive, and ended up being both stressful and disappointing. All that being said, we do love our new Kia Niro Ev.

I have been driving my KIA Sportage SX 2020 for more than 6 months now and I couldn't be happier! I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet Mo and his team. Their attitude was great and the customer serice outstanding! Such a great team of professionals and trust me, it is not easy to make me happy while doing business even if it is only matter of selecting a car. They completely understood my needs and helped me during the process; I was originally going with the intention of getting a plugin hybrid but I am so glad I walked out with my brand new SUV which is doing exactly the job I was looking for: reliable, safe, perfomant and... beautiful of course. I'd like to thank the whole team at KIA downtown. Mo, Parker, Don, Brandon and Yamen. Thanks for your service and pretty sure I will be visiting you again in a couple of years for a new model :)

Highly recommend Downtown Kia. We worked with Anthony and Parker (both were really great to work with)to close the deal on our 2021 Sorento (which we love!!). Anthony took the time to understand our needs and find the best vehicle for us. We didn’t feel pressured - in fact the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant. No hesitation in recommending this team!
We had an excellent experience getting a Seltos here in Downtown Kia. The team was great, very accomodating, and friendly. Zaji was very attentive with our questions and concerns, he explained the features of the car very well. Yamen the finance manager and Mehdi the general manager treated as amazingly. I even recommend a friend because of their good customer service and she got herself a new Sportage. Best dealership ever in Vancouver!
I had an amazing and fun experience purchasing the Niro EX Premium PHEV with Anthony North and Parker Hutton. Anthony was very attentive and explained all the nice features of the car during the test drive. Parker made sure I would get the best deal available to drive home with a new car. They went way beyond expectations in costumer service and in beating the other dealership's price.

The whole team at Downtown Kia is incredible. I went in without a clue what I was doing and was met with Maira who is a complete all star. She's kind, honest and personable (also love her dog, Snuggles!). GM Mehdi made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to ensure I was within my budget.
