It is great to have a Disney store here in Vancouver. It has a great assortment of products, including T-Shirts and thermos with the brand Disney Canada. There is a pretty descent sorting of Star Wars products, including lots of Mandalorian stuff. The staff is extremely friendly, but the negative part is the expensive price on everything.

Extraordinary staff, friendly and knowledgeable! Came into the store to find good presents for niece and nephew. At first, I thought the shopping was going to be chaotic since I was not sure what do kids prefer nowadays, and this Disney store carries a wide range of selection. Alice came up to me politely and asked if I need any assistance. After telling her what I wanted to achieve, she immediately asked me some qualifying questions and found the best presents for me to giveaway without any hassle. Thank you alice for making my life and shopping easy! It was quick, on the spot and painless process! Disney store is lucky to have such fantastic staff in the store ! Will recommend my friends who are shopping for presents to this store!
Reading through a lot of reviews and I honestly think that if people choose to believe most of the negative reviews should really look into the source. Example: Moon Rose wrote 5 months ago regarding a hateful experience that’s especially targeting two individuals but not only that.. but wasn’t all the Disneystores closed down since late March due to Covid pandemic? As a wandering traveller that go through to many places.. restaurants, retailers and even just local hot-spots... I feel like reading the reviews both good/bad can help pad the anticipation one can have for a place however there’s a fine line between truth and over exaggeration/fib. Whenever I do stop into the Disneystore in the Downtown Vancouver area, because of it’s secluded location.. the end of the long hallway underneath Nordstrom, it tends to be pretty quiet even though there is an exit right near them. The Disneystore in Pacific Center have often placed things on sale on hold for me to stop in to purchase whereas the other two locations often say no with no offerings of a solution. Even if the ETA is within the day’s time but I find that the Pacific Center location often always say yes and work around situations so that I can get in to grab some stuff. I’ve only been refused a handful of times and they’ve kindly explained that limited release/edition items cannot be held and it’s completely understandable. At least Pacific Center does that extra explanation rather than a cold “No”. Some of us have work during the day too and breaks aren’t long enough to be able to make a quick trip down to pick up :)
Hi I usually go to disney store in pacific centre in vancouver. manager is a woman who is very nice and polite, but there is a supervisor who is asian and her name is alice. she is sooo rude and impolite. Ahe always act the way i feel i am not welcome there at all. When evwr i want to shop at that store i wish she is not there be cause she always gives me a very bad experience and manner. Her behavior makes me feel so bad and not loving to ahop at that store although i shop there alot and i love the store. Hope she will leave that store

Staff is super friendly and the store is nicely set up. I wanted to send an appreciation that the staff addressed an unwanted customer to address our safety. I didn't get the name of the staff member but she handled it appropriately despite the hassle the unwanted customer gave.
I love to shop here at this location at pacific center but today, I went to look around and shop and I’m taking my time to select shoes and shirts for kids and adults, the sales person Emma and Gabriella are very nice and helping me a lot, until this manager her name is Alice is very rude person! Really she is the manager in this location? She don’t have any good in customer service at all, why? This is what happened, I am taking my time to talked to my friend on my phone as I’m asking her about the size of her child as I’m getting a shoes , I know she’s watching me all the time and when I ask Gabriella about a shirt I am eyeing to buy, she ask this manager Alice , this Alice came to me and telling me what is the mens and for women’s the way she was talking to me was sooo rude and not helpful as probably she don’t have any patience at all to talk to people, this manager should be not in the store like any retail stores as she don’t deserve to be as customer service, Her service is sooo bad! I was there to shop more but with this kind of attitude I got from Alice I cut my shopping spree down. I’m not gonna comeback to this location anymore.
While I don't go to the Disney store that much anymore (It's quite expensive), I had a pleasant experience at this location, staff were friendly and cordial, we found some great deals, I got a cute Jack Skellington plush.
