Getting an engagement ring during COVID was harder than usual but our sales rep Katie made it possible. The store has quite alot of styles and diamonds to choose from, and Katie was very helpful with finding the one that fit my needs and expectations! Very knowledgeable sales and great products, the ring was beautiful, would highly recommend!!

I contacted De Beers Vancouver as the Toronto store was temporally closed. Jan Raven assisted me with my purchase, and I have to say she is hands down the best sales rep I've ever met. She is super nice and professional and helped me selected the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée! And now we are also getting our wedding bands from there! 100% would recommend!
