Cubeit has been an integral part of our cross Canada move. (Ontario to BC) We had to wait until we arrived in BC to actually buy a house due to recent surge in housing demands. With a housing sales boom there’s no other way we could have successful accomplished this tremendous endeavour without them!!! Imagine having a tractor trailer of your most precious belongings showing up to a province and not having a destination. Tell the movers to wait while you find a house. Lol. Cubit portable storage is the ONLY way!!! The team at Cubeit, was incredibly helpful and and on point every time. Provided exactly what they promised and were more then courteous to our needs. Everything went exactly as outlined and helped make it the smoothest transition across the country in history. They’re seriously skilled drivers are professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Big shout out to the main delivery man here on the island.

Very impressed with the service. Great value for money! We had our furniture moved from Toronto to Vancouver and then stored for several months until we were ready to move into our new home. Employees were all very professional and friendly and always did their best to make sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend for all your moving and/or storage needs!
Loved the service! I could pack the container at my own convenience which was on my driveway! And then unpack it the same way! Their driver Lisa M was so friendly and professional! She also took time and care to ensure that our stuff was not ocked\ during the move and as easy as possible!
Rented pod with the plan to have it delivered to our new address. While trying to arrange delivery to the new home, was advised that they could not deliver there even though I asked numerous times while booking the pod. Wound up having to have it delivered back to our old address and pay movers to load the contents onto a moving truck and of course off load at the new home. No compensation was offered for the extra expense incurred because of the incorrect information provided. Was told the pod would be stored inside but, when delivered to be unloaded, it had snow on the roof and we were told that no, they do not store the pods indoors. Found evidence of rodents chewing on boxes and leaving droppings. Drive that dropped the empty pod was great. Driver that brought back the full pod did a lot of complaining. Not the best experience.
I had incredible customer service and the value was fantastic! I'm glad I went with their metal pods and not a competitor plastic version that leaks or is easy to break into. These cubes are sturdy and I like that none of our contents shifted too much with the hydraulic lift. Such a great experience and have already recommended to neighbours and close friends.
