The appointment was confirmed via text. I did not have to wait long (15-20 minutes?) and the receptionist (with purple hair) cheerfully lent me a mask, as I had lost mine on the way to the clinic. I recommend making your appointment for the morning, as you will have less wait time. Dr. Lalani was very warm, friendly and professional. He introduced himself, set me at ease with his confident and thorough approach. All-round good experience. :)
I am very satisfied with the treatment and knowledge of dr. Rowe. He give me more option. I have also never met kinder workers such as Same or samting similar (desk # 5) assistant to Dr. Rowe. She is kind, pleasant and professional.

Had the utmost unpleasant experience with Dr. Henry Woo. Never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor. He was quite rough during the examination and I felt liked I had to coax him to provide answer to my quesitons. Also, he rest his hand on my knee while I was still half naked. I don't know if he was inadvertently doing that or intentional. (Either way, I am not an arm rest!!!) Hugely uncomfortable experience and I wish I never met Dr. Henry Woo.
