When one goes specialist especially when one has been dealing and trying to handle critical pain for years, it often has one saying “why bother as they will just be yet another doctor telling you here is nothing they can do to help and it is something you just have to live with for the rest of your life.” They offered me something that I was missing, they offered me hope. Doctor Chen is remarkable as is Brittany. Since my first appointment I was made to feel welcomed by all the staff. I do know one can get the treatments at a hospital and that is great however it is not for me. At CPRI – Canadian Pain & Regenerative Institute, I am not just another patient. I am always treated with kindness and respect. Given the choice of free or Dr. Chen, there is no choice. I will always pick Doctor Chan. She CARES! I thank you for not giving up on me.
