David did some simple repairs on a couple of necklaces for me, at a reasonable price. He also replaced a watch battery and later, fixed the watch when it stopped working. I’m happy with his work and would visit him again for jewelry or watch repair.

Condesa Jewelry is a little gem that I feel so lucky to have found. I took my engagement ring to the shop as the centre diamond had become loose and required the prongs to be repaired. David did an excellent job repairing my ring making sure that every little diamond on my ring was perfectly secured. I was so happy with their customer service and their excellent work that I ended up taking a few of my grandma's old jewllelry to make it into a custom design ring. I really enjoyed working with David and Mia so much. They listen and truly care about their clients. I enjoyed every step of the process and appreciated their creativy, excellent craftsmanship, patience/care and customer service. I absolutely love my ring and adore the whole team at Condesa. I was overjoyed at the warmth I received at Condesa. They were incredibly quick, accommodating and went way above and beyond for me. Not only do they have reasonable pricing, but effectively quick service as well! I can't recommend them enough, and I will be a returning customer.
My fiancé and I went to Condesa in search of our wedding bands. When we walked in, Mia, the store manager, was available. Mia is the BEST! She was so kind and patient as we explored and talked through all our options. There was absolutely no pressure at all. We were looking for bands that would compliment my engagement ring. Mia understood how special the ring was, as we explained it previously belonged to my fiancé’s Grandmother. Mia gave us updates throughout the whole ring making process as David and his team were creating them. It was very cool to see our custom rings being made step by step and how intricate the jewelry craftmanship is. We love the outcome and really appreciated Mia’s genuine kindess and excitement. We definitely recommend Condesa!
