Do not waste time visiting this center and call the infoline immediately, as this is the only thing you can recommend at the kiosk. And they only give you a card with a phone number, I attach it here

An old male person at the French language help front desk is quite rude. He told me that do not come in and call to CIC or visit the CIC website. So, I told him that I tried to call to CIC for 5 days, but they never get phone calls, and I even tried to solve my problem by e-mail but they never answer for weeks so I came here to ask to an officer, but he yelled at me \CALL TO CIC CALL CENTRE OR VISIT THE CIC WEBSITE\ for many times. My friends told me that they had same experiences before. It was totally awful.

not allowed food or drinks into ceremony.. Was offered to leave my juice on the ledge by the room entrance. went to look for it after the ceremony and it was gone should've just chugged it when I had the chance. ceremony was nice and efficient.

People on the phone need to be more professional as attitude tend to get the best of them. 2 people I've contacted were rude and I pretentious. Not people you want representing Canada.
