Worst airline company ever Never refund for cancelled ticket Minus 5 stars

I have flown on China eastern several times. The service is excellent and definitely deserve a five-star rating. The aircraft is brand new. The flight took off on time and landed ten minutes early. The food was great. Snacks and drinks and entertainment were all sufficient. I honor them.
I took 4 flights with China Eastern from Vancouver to Phuket Thailand and back to Vancouver from December 28 returning to Vancouver on January 8. Most awful airline I have ever flown in my entire life. Business Class cabin is worn out, very old seats. Cabin crew doesn't speak any english. Food is awful, in fact I got food poisoned so bad I was sick for 10 hours out of my 14 hour flight to Nanjing. Asked for an extra blanket as I was shivering from their chicken food poisoned, the responce was - we don't have! Asking for a stomach pain medicine was a nightmare. They didn't understand a single word I was saying. The captain or anyone from the flight deck did not say a one single word to the passengers during the entire 14 hours in the air. At the end of the flight, once we made it to Nanjing he started circling around for 40 more minute taking turns between descending and climbing again several times, and again not a single word from the flight deck onto why that was happening. I will never ever flight with this airline again.
Impossible to contact this company. Facebook messages, emails, calls... they just won't respond at all. Stay away from this airlines.
Terrible airline. They lost my baggage, found it, and then lost it again, before finally delivering it. Only 60 dollars compensation offered for one week of delay while in Australia. This doesn't even begin to cover incurred expenses. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced from any company - no accountability, and it is almost impossible to speak to anyone if an issue arises. Avoid at all costs.
