Sounds like same issues as other customers. Shipping is terrible. I ordered an outdoor sectional and covers in October for backorder in January. Says part of it is delayed until April and other parts are \unknown\ so it's just a guess when it'll be. Meanwhile on the website, it says it's in stock. Very misleading. I also ordered two coffee tables. One they forgot to schedule, and the other they delivered the wrong item. They gave it to me for free which is great and said they'd expedite the shipping for the replacement. It's been a month now and there are still delays on this. They've comped the shipping cost, again great. But honestly, I rather just have it come on time or tell us the actual date it will arrive. All the small items we ordered did come, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 star. CB2 needs to get their act together on shipping. One more thing, is that they filter all their reviews on their website, the guidelines basically say you can't write anything negative or they won't publish it. Makes me rethink how accurate and honest any of those ratings are on their site are if they're filtering out all the unfavourable ones.

After a year my lumin couch has ripped due to a defect. I know this because we recently added 2 pieces to a total of 5 lumin pieces, the newer ones have a soft edge which makes more comfortable and less likely to rip. The hard edges in the older version is truly a defect and wish they had told us. When you sit on the edge accidentally it is very hard and now our 1500 piece already has a rip in it after a year.
We purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from this store and the experience has been excruciating. It takes forever to get here. We bought a gorgeous area rug that, within weeks, is fraying and needs replacement. Luckily, our designer was able to get us a replacement. We ordered a wall unit and one box they delivered had the wrong colour of shelves, We returned it. They then delivered the EXACT SAME BOX to us a second time! We are still trying to get the correct colour. They have no system to follow through on customer service. You have to call the store, you speak to someone different every time, there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY. They are a total headache to deal with. Some of the furniture we got is very nice tho (that's why they got 2 stars). Try to find your furniture somewhere else.
Friendly staff, good covid measures. Small waiting area for pick up orders. It's in downtown so good luck on parking.
